Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you from your conversations with Glie at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us which channel you contacted us on (for example your Instagram username or the phone number you used on WhatsApp) so we can find your record.

You can also simply reply "DELETE MY DATA" inside the conversation itself, and we will treat it as a deletion request.

What we delete

Your conversation history with us (messages and attachments).
The contact record we created for you (name, username or phone number, and notes).

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once done. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal obligation, and will tell you if that applies.

Instagram and Facebook

If you contacted us on Instagram, you can also remove our access directly from your account: Instagram Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites, then remove "Glie Apps". Removing access stops any further data sharing; to also delete the data we already hold, send the request above.
