These terms govern your use of the websites, products and customer-support channels operated by Glie ("Glie", "we", "us") — including the Appointments product and the messaging channels through which you contact us (Instagram, WhatsApp, email and website chat). By using our services or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

When you contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp or another third-party platform, your use of that platform is also governed by the platform's own terms and policies (for example Meta's terms). We are not responsible for those platforms. We respond to messages during our normal business hours and within the messaging rules of each platform.
The Glie name, logo, websites, products and their content are owned by Glie or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address. Your continued use of the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
